“Was a great course. Got a lot out of it actually, quite refreshing for myself. Love the course, was in depth and straight forward. Some great information that I had not visited for a while since graduating, so it was great to go over it again to refresh my knowledge.”

Sam

“Gave valuable insight into the world of exercise in physio. Content is areas that university doesn't touch on. Well set out course that got to the point.”

Tahlia H

“As a final year physio student, this course was exactly what I needed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The detailed knowledge, real-world applications and evidence-based strategies helped me feel confident in prescribing resistance training for athletes and rehab. It gave me the practical tools to excel in clinical settings.”
